FAQs
How long does The Collective last?
Each semester is 8 weeks. Most guys participate in The Collective for 3-4 semesters. Blaine presents new material each new semester.
What does The Collective experience look like?
It begins with a group check-in. This is followed by the entire group coming together for Blaine’s mentoring and training time, followed by feedback and discussion. The group ends with our “Oars in the Water” assignment for the week and The Lord’s Prayer. Each meeting lasts one hour.
Who else will be in my group meetings?
There will be men like you from all over the nation. Our demographic has included students, businessmen, athletes, ministers, servicemen, entertainers… you name it. Everyone comes in humble and at a “level table.” The environment is supportive and grace-filled, with sacred moments and lighter moments of laughter.
Do the men in The Collective connect between meetings?
The short answer is a hearty yes. But you don’t have to. We find it happens naturally. Our Zoom platform allows men to message each other privately and exchange numbers if they are inclined. This allows guys to have “partners” in the battle they can reach out to when they need prayer or a conversation.
How do you ensure confidentiality?
Each man who registers for our group commits to a Confidentiality Agreement in our first gathering. In seven years of leading these groups, there has never been a breach of confidentiality.
What is the cost?
Participants are asked to make a tax-deductible contribution of $99.00. After registering, you will receive an email from Blaine with all the details, including the Zoom link.
Can I do more than one semester?
Absolutely. Most of our Collective members participate for at least 3-4 semesters, to ensure “traction” in their freedom walk. The registration contribution for Alumni is just $49.00.
Can I join The Collective during a semester already going?
Yes! We realize there is no time to waste when a man needs help and brotherhood. If you join after a semester has already started, your second semester is provided at no charge.
